Benefits 

When you become a Medicalpros (a division of Provisional Services, Inc.) contract employee, we'll offer you an extensive package of benefits. After reviewing the following information, please feel free to contact your Recruiting Manager for further details and eligibility requirements.

 

Credit Union Membership

Medicalpros employees are eligible for Credit Union Membership. Please contact an Medicalpros Recruiting Manager for details.

 

Direct Deposit 

You work hard for the money, so you should be able to get it as soon as possible. As a Medicalpros employee, you can take advantage of our Direct Deposit program. Ask a Recruiting Manager for details. 

 

Family Medical Leave

There may be circumstances which arise that would entitle and employee to a leave of absence pursuant to the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA). In the event that an employee needs to apply for a leave or has any questions about employee rights under the FMLA, they should let us know immediately.

 
Health Insurance

Due to the Affordable Health Care Act (ACA) implementation, Medicalpros health insurance benefits have changed. Please ask your Medicalpros Recruiting  Manager for up-to-date details. We are committed to compliance with the law:

  • We will comply wtih the law, both in letter and in spirit, and are committed to the legal and ethical management of our employees to its provisions.
  • We will communicate to our employees both their new opportunities and their new obligations under the empoyer and individual mandates. 

 

Holiday Pay

Employees are eligible for holiday pay when they have completed 800 hours of employment in the 20 weeks preceding the holiday. Additionally, employees must work the scheduled day before and the day after the holiday. Official paid holidays are:

  • New Year's Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

 

New Customer Referral Bonus

When an employee tells a business about our staffing service and they place their first order with us, that employee is eligible for a $150.00 bonus. To qualify, the business must give us the employee's name at the time they place and order for an minimum of 40 hours. The $150.00 will be paid upon completion of the 40 hours.

New Employee Referral Bonus

An employee will receive a $100.00 bonus if they refer a friend for employment. That individual must complete 160 hours of employment in any one calendar month with on year after our office receives the application for employment. The individual must specify the name of the employee who referred them on the application at the time they apply. The $100.00 will be paid upon completion of the 160 hours of employment by the individual referred.

 

Pension Plan

Employees of Medicalpros are eligible to participate in our 401(k) Plan if they are 21 years of age and have completed one year of employement in which they work over 1000 hours. Please contact a Medicalpros Recruiting Manager for details. 

 
Temporary Employee of the Month

Each month we choose one outstanding employee for special recognition, and we give that person a special gift. We base our choice on flexibility, job performance, and most importantly attitude. Anyone who works is eligible!

 
Vacation Pay

Employees may earn one week of paid vacation after completing one year of employment within a twelve-month period. The twelve-month period will begin upon acceptance of the first assignment. Vacation pay is computed at a straight time hourly rate and figured at a weighted average hourly rate. Please ask an Medicalpros Recruiting Manager for details.
